  He is a wonderful employee, technician, and ambassador for the company. He knew everything about the refrigerator and the freezer. He showed me how to replace my filter. He explained every issue that I had and looked up a price if I was to follow through with fixing the temperature of the middle drawer, where my food would freeze, and cans of pop would explode. He showed me everything that I read on the Internet, and every problem was the responsibility of Samsung. I read on the Internet that Samsung lost its class action lawsuit, so we could have a visit Free of charge. I couldn’t find where that was actually true, but I think this company has a good price for a visit $85, and if anything was to be repaired, that $85 would be replaced. Don’t wait any longer and continue to suffer. This refrigerator was a replacement, as I was smart enough to get a warranty when I bought it. I’m very disturbed with Samsung. I was warned by friends earlier not to buy Samsung appliances, but I got them mixed up with LED Samsung should be ashamed of themselves.
  P.S. If anybody’s trying to work on their own, and you see that they’re supposed to be a blue button that you can press to restart it, don’t give up, the blue button is actually there, it's just placed in the wrong Samsung spot."
